Bright intermixable water-based colours which can be used to achieve outstanding effects on glass, clear plastic and acetate. For a textured effect, try mixing with sand, small stones - ideal for collage etc. Apply outliner, allow to dry thoroughly. Will withstand gentle hand washing once design is set. VOC & Oil free, Non-toxic, Acid free.
