WE ARE ACCEPTING ORDERS VIA OUR WEB SITE,PHONE AND EMAIL AND WILL DESPATCH THEM AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE USUALLY WITHIN 2-4 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER.

ANY ORDERS GOING TO IRELAND WILL HAVE TO BE SENT BY DHL AS THERE ARE ISSUES WITH ROYAL MAIL AND COMMODITY CODES WHICH ARE PREVENTING DELIVERY OF SOME ORDERS.

HOW TO ORDER

No minimum order requirement - the order form/your order should be completed as follows:

1) Select items you wish to order

2) The weight of goods selected will automatically be calculated and apprropriate postal charges added.

3) International orders will have postage calculated depending on the final destination and weight of order.

4) Applies to UK Mainland only. Grampian and Highlands may incur extra carriage cost depending on weight.

 

CARRIAGE AND PACKAGING:

No Minimum Order UK Mainland

Carriage will be charged on orders according to weight as follows:

Weight not over 500g- £3.96

Weight not over 1kg- £6.00

Weight not over 2kg- £7.00

Weight not over 20kg- £8.50

Weight not over 40kg- £12.50


CARRIAGE FREE ON UK MAINLAND ORDERS OVER £85 Inc VAT

Orders shipped outside the UK mainland will be subject to carriage charges – quoted at time of ordering.

Grampian and Highlands – Additional carriage costs may apply. Terms on application

International Orders – carriage charges will be quoted at time of ordering.

If you prefer we still welcome orders placed by phone or email or post and payment by cheque (sterling cheques only). By credit / debit card - please phone withn details, or by BACS transfer - please ask for details..

All prices are INCLUSIVE of VAT.

Damaged goods must be advised immediately on receipt of order. Goods are offered for sale at prices ruling on date of despatch and are subject to alteration without prior notice. Title to goods sold remains with Colourcraft C&A Ltd until all payments due have been received. Goods should not be returned without prior authorisation.

Information contained in this publication, or as otherwise supplied, is believed to be accurate and is given in good faith but without guarantee, as we have no control over conditions of use and individual application. We currently manufacture over 70% of our main productsand, this can cause slight delays in despatching orders during busy periods.Usually, as we are a manufacture of 70% of our  goods are despatched from stock but  please allow 3 - 5 working DAYS .  If you have a tight deadline please let us know and we will do evryting possible to help.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with our products. We take great care in packaging your order for a successful delivery but unfortunately accidents can happen. Should any product arrive damaged or imperfect, please make contact with us by email or telephone within 7days of receipt of goods. If you have any questions please feel free to contact one of our friendly Customer Service Advisors on +44 (0)114 2421431 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

In the unlikely event you do not wish to keep a product after it has arrived, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the unused product - in some cases, at your own expense unless otherwise agreed - to us in its original condition.  Alternatively, please contact our Customer Service advisors to see if we can arrange a courier pick up at a time to suits you - this option is available in certain circumstances so please contact us for more information.

Upon receipt of the product(s) in the original condition, we will issue a refund within 14 days for the amount charged for the product to the credit card used to place the order.

IMPORTANT

For your protection, we recommend that when returning products back to us you use a recorded delivery service i.e. a service that provides a tracking. Except in instances where the item delivered was in error or was faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the expense of returning the goods to us. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. Additionally, we cannot provide credit for packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.
